He holds a degree in business finance from Loyola University Chicago and uses his professional expertise to guide the strategic growth and long-term sustainability of the organization. A passionate advocate for the South Bay community, Mark frequently speaks to local groups about the profound impact of adaptive horsemanship. He is deeply committed to supporting the barn's fundraising and development goals and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors.

Kirk Attoian serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Ride to Fly, bringing more than 30 years of business leadership, strategy, operations, and local community experience to the organization. A longtime South Bay resident and local business owner, Kirk is the President of BroadLance Consulting, where he works with business owners and leadership teams to improve strategy, processes, operations, and team performance. His professional background includes building and leading companies, developing teams, improving organizational structure, and helping businesses create practical plans for growth.

Stephanie Hoffman started volunteering for Ride to Fly in 1996, and has served in many
roles at the barn and behind the scenes over the years. She retired from teaching
therapeutic riding in 2009 and now enjoys helping current instructors develop their
programs. She is a licensed occupational therapist working in community based mental
health and has experience facilitating equine assisted mental health sessions with
children and teens at Ride to Fly. She currently serves as Secretary on the Board of
Directors.

Gabriella "Gigi" Goshtigan brings a deep passion for the Ride to Fly mission to her role on the leadership team.
